Barefoot Native's Refund and Returns Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Items may only be returned for a full refund if there is no damage which is up to our discretion upon inspection. No returns after 24 hours of ownership, however we will honor exchanges up to one week after purchase.
All in-store and online orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If shipped items are received with damages, the customer must provide us with photographic proof. It is up to our discretion how we will proceed. If we find the damages were caused during the shipping process, we will file a claim with the shipping service. The customer will either receive a replacement if it is available and in the case that it is not, we will issue a full refund.
If there was an issue with the original charge, we will make the situation right as soon as possible by making the proper adjustments and/or refunds. Quality assurance as well as customer satisfaction is always our goal.
